Community and real connection is what I crave and so do my clients. A key to finding true community is through peeling back layers of our mask and demonstrating appropriate levels of vulnerability.
For many of the women that I support, they often start off feeling very disconnected and not able to easily let their guards down. This is an unfortunate by product of modern organization life and to go-go nature of our lives. In addition to feeling isolated, there is often a quiet unrest that they don’t feel comfortable sharing. I know that this uneasy feeling is a natural and a positive sign of the need for a shift in an area in their lives.
